The past year and a half has presented many changes for Tilev Design.  Most importantly was the union of our business partnership.   We always knew it would happen it was just a matter of when.  While the recession was hurting much of the commercial architectural and design community,  Heather Tilev Interior Design continued to flourish mainly through many years of hard work and great design.  The business also grew because of the great client relationships, referrals and recommendations that clients have given over the years past and present, of which we so greatly appreciate!

We intend to use this forum to post photos of projects before, during and post construction.  We will also post photos and lead discussions on products we love, talk about design in general and quite possibly anything in-between.

We are currently working on many great projects in different phases.  Plan on keeping up with all of these in progress with photos posted here in our design journal.

We are just getting started on the design for a client with four floors in The Beresford on Central Park West.  It is going to be bold in design and color with the staple animal print to meet our clients legendary personality.

We are also prepared to start demo on a upper east side apartment combination that has been on the table for well over a year.  Our Client is ready to throw the first ceremonial sledge hammer into the walls for demo.  Highlights on this apartment combination is going to be the great floorplan with no wasted space, the kitchen custom cabinetry, and master bedroom suite.

We are putting the finishing touches on a long Island home project that is magnificent! Currently we are installing curtains and all of the cushions and pillows for the 13ft kitchen banquette. The final powder room’s hand painted tile is being installed now…
